I’m so glad you’re here!
My yoga journey began in 2012, during a season of deep personal healing. A friend’s invitation to explore teacher training lit a spark—and what began as a search for connection became a complete transformation.
Yoga gave me more than strength and flexibility—it gave me presence, purpose, and a path back to myself. That awakening ignited a passion to share the deeper layers of this practice—not just as movement, but as a conscious way of living.
In a world where yoga often leans toward fitness, my classes offer a return to the roots of mindful movement—where breath, presence, and self-awareness guide the practice. I hold space for students to explore the connection between body, mind, and spirit, and to move with purpose from the inside out.
Expect sessions that are gentle yet powerful, grounding yet expansive. Through mindful movement, breath work, and visualization, we create space to reconnect—to truth, to stillness, to each other.
