I’m so glad you’re here!
During a season of deep personal healing, a simple invitation to teacher training changed everything. What I thought was a step into yoga became a return to myself.
Yoga gave me more than strength and flexibility. It brought me back to presence, to purpose, and to a deeper connection within. What began as a practice became a way of living—and a calling to share it.
My classes aren’t about perfect poses. They’re an invitation to move with awareness, breathe with intention, and reconnect with what’s real inside you.
We begin by arriving. Centering. Settling. Leaving the outside world at the door. From there, the practice meets you exactly where you are — then gently calls you forward. Movement, breath, and stillness work together to create space to feel, release, and reconnect, layer by layer.
We close with intention. Savasana is never an afterthought here — it’s sacred space for integration, where the body is gently guided through stillness, the mind quiets, and the work is fully received.
This is more than a practice.
It’s a remembering. A return to yourself.
